air travel to USA from India and back?

I am on the process for tourist visa to USA.
I have friends in Seattle and In Orlando.
A) I would like to know from yahooites which is the cheapest air fare without any hidden cost and are there any airline who offers the lowest price on the day when most of the seats are not filled but have to fly to USA because of few confirmed passengers.
B) For me date is not important as I am retired and no source of incoming fund except my pension and savings. Nobody to support me also.
C) Is it possible by a particular Ailine who offers to fly direct to seattle from India (may be one or two stopover ) and take a break for few days and then use the same ticket to Orlando and then leave to India from orlando without paying extra charges from seattle to Orlando.
D) This time I have only this plan and any experienced people to help me and are there any airline gives senior citizen concession as I am 64 years old from India to USA and back.
