I’ve always wanted to visit Australia & I am really starting to seriously think about going but the cost of air fare that I’m finding is alot higher than I expected. I figure maybe I’m looking at the wrong time of year. I’m wondering when their “Off Season” is so that I can hopefully find cheaper tickets. Please, any help is welcome Thanks : ) When is the cheapest time of the year to visit Australia?

My friend and I are only 14 and want to go to California for spring break. I have an aunt that lives there so we won’t be needing a car or hotel or anything. But if we are going to get to go we must pay for our own tickets. Our family’s don’t have much money and really want to go. We would like to be leaving April 4 and returning April 11. Were coming from Atlanta, Georgia and our destination would be Orange County Airport. The times doesn’t matter, we just need a cheap flight. PLEASE HELP US ! If you could send me a link it would be even more helpful, thanks .

Hi. I am seeing my favorite group in a concert an the options I have is either Chicago or Orlando because the air tickets are cheaper. Now, as I am not a US resident one of my favorite things about going to the US is to do some shopping so this will be a travel both for the concert and shopping. I am not looking for upscale stores (Gucci, Prada or the like) but just regular shopping malls, Best Buy, TJMAXX, Walmart and the like. Staying in downtown Chicago is very expensive for the hotel prices. For my kind of shopping would I have more options in Orlando or in Chicago. Is going to Schaumburg, IL or any place near downtown Chicago is really an option where I could find more stores and shopping options than in Orlando and better bargains, VARIETY, and prices? Thank you much for your help!

Here are some useful tips for a regular traveler looking for discounted air tickets. First and foremost is to start your search for the air ticket way before your planned vacation. Book at least one month in advance, as we all know earlier is always better. You must start doing your homework earlier. Many conditions are involved while making the reservations 14 or 21 days before departure.
Be thoroughly vague regarding your arrival as well as departure dates. Try to grab the lowest cost with the use of your flexibility approach so that you become aware of the best price you can secure without getting rigid on the dates. If money is an important factor for you, then always look for dates that assure you cheap fares. If time factor can be adjusted, availing inexpensive air fares will be much easier. Nobody loves the idea of taking time in the wee hours therefore fares are really cheap during this time interval.
A lot of times, discount air fares have certain restrictions and limitations like 7 to 21 days of advance booking, or may be even Saturday night stay. Try to research more and more about them so that you become aware of your expectations the very next time. Even though you have checked your airline tickets still keep checking them again and again. It’s same like refreshing the system with the help of key F5. Airlines toil to have full planes, so there is always probability of finding discounted seats. Also, there are chances of discounts in some small airlines too that you might have not even heard of.
Increase your horizon of search to such small airline companies as well. Though they mainly have some defined areas flights, they are still quite inexpensive when compared to big and renowned airlines. In case your destination for trip is not too far, they can surely serve you and can be considered. Flying during mid week like Tuesday or Wednesday is a good way to save on tickets.
Another great option is to go through a company that purchases tickets directly from the airline at discounted rates. Search for a reputed consolidator as there are cases of consolidators shutting down overnight, leaving customers empty handed. Also, you can take benefit of student discounts or military discounts if you fall under such categories. One thing to always take care of is to read the rules and regulations of the airline company beforehand, it will save from any kind of trouble later on.

I’m about to buy a ticket online to go to Rome. Which airline has better service? I’ve used delta just on domestic flights. Delta and Alitalia are the cheapest.
I could pay a little more and fly AA or British Airways.
Help! I want to have a nice flight!! Thanks
